At European Cake Gallery, we take pride in all our baked goods. Please, if you are not satisfied with your baked good, please return your baked good to us within 24 hours of receiving it.
Order Policy: NO CANCELATIONS, POSTPONING ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DUE DATE ON ANY ORDER. NO REFUNDS, NO STORE CREDIT, NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE HELP US KEEP OUR DOORS OPEN. ON LAST MINUTE CHANGES,ORDERS ARE WILL STILL BE MADE AND EXPECTED TO BE PICKED UP.
We strongly recommend placing and paying in advance for all your baked goods orders online. We require that all orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed: on our website, in-store or over the phone. Any orders placed during closed hours will be fulfilled on the next open business day. No refunds, store credit only. Because of the nature of our work, our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any cake, cupcake or any baked good item that is not picked up within 48 hours after the pick up time specified in order.

We are open for walk in with limited to only 3 customers at a time for safety. Face Masks are required inside per City of San Diego mandate Curbside pick-up and Delivery are an option upon availability and confirmation.
Delivery is available with a small fee upon availability (please note that we are short in staff, but we ALWAYS do our best to accommodate).

PAYMENTS & ORDERS: Cash and Checks ONLY are accepted to pay to person. We appreciate your tips. Any orders placed during closed hours will be fulfilled on the next open business day. No refunds, store credit only.
REFUNDS: Refunds will be provided as in-store credit only for use toward a future purchase. No cash or debit/credit card will be issued.
WEDDING CANCELATION POLICY
Wedding Cake COVID19 Policy: Please note the following update for our No Cancellation COVID19 policy: We can reschedule 7 days in advance, and subject to 15% price adjustment/rescheduling. No Refunds / No Exception / No Cancellations. Cancelation of the order at any point before 2 weeks will result in our keeping your deposit or full payment. Cancelations within 2 weeks will result in you having to pick up the cake you ordered or postponing valid within 1 full year to date, after that, you must use your credit within 6 months, full amount valid as long as our doors are open. Please be aware of our policy and help us keep our doors open.
Friendly note: Please try on keeping your wedding small and outdoors, as it seems such events have better chances of proceeding successfully. We have been one of San Diego’s finest Wedding Cake destinations. We deeply care for making all of our customers happy, all while balancing covid living and profitability so we can keep our doors open during this pandemic
No postponing will be available they must still pick up the cake and keep it in their freezer for a later used, we recommend to use within 2 weeks and kept stored in the freezer. Please keep in mind that the cake will not be as crisp as when it was made as is being stored in your freezer and we are not liable on that fact.
MILITARY VENUES POLICY: We can deliver to any military venue with an ESCORT. Your escort will meet us at the gate, escort us in, and we will take care of the rest. We hire 3rd party drivers, they are not always the same, and cannot be registered to the military.
