Wedding Cake COVID19 Policy: Please not the following update for our No Cancellation COVID19 policy: We can reschedule 7 days in advance, and subject to 15% price adjustment/rescheduling. No Refunds / No Exception / No Cancellations.
We strongly recommend placing and paying in advance for all your baked goods orders online. We require that all orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed: on our website, in-store or over the phone.
Any orders placed during closed hours will be fulfilled on the next open business day. No refunds, store credit only.
Because of the nature of our work, our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any cake, cupcake or any baked good item that is not picked up within 48 hours after the pick up time specified in order.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of placing any custom order. Fourteen (14) days prior to the delivery or pick-up date the final payment is due. If the final payment is not made by the delivery or pick-up date specified, the order will be canceled. Notification of at least fourteen (14) days or more prior to the delivery or pick-up date is required in order to receive a partial refund onto a partial store credit. Cancellations made with less than fourteen (14) days notice are subject to no refunds. Please note that this policy and the price list may be subject to modifications and change without notice.
We are not responsible for any damages done to cakes that leave our bakery when we are not delivering them.
