ORDERS
IN-STORE, ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE
Allergy Information
- Our bakery uses shared equipment and our cakes, cupcakes, pies, specialities, and seasonal sweets may come into contact with allergens such as nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, gluten, and wheat. We are not a nut-free facility. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please exercise caution when consuming our products.
Placement and Payment
- Orders can be placed online, in-store, or over the phone.
- Any online orders placed during closed hours will be fulfilled on the next open business day.
- We accept cash, Venmo, checks, and credit cards as in-store payments. Please note that a processing fee applies to any in-store credit card payments.
- Full payment is required at the time of order.
Changes and Cancellations
- We require a 48-hour notice for any order changes.
- Once you place your order it cannot be canceled regardless of the order method used when placing.
Pickup and Review
- Please note that orders can only be picked up during our business hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 7:30am to 4pm.
- Please check your order carefully before leaving our store.
- If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, they are responsible for inspecting it before leaving the premises.
- Once the order has been reviewed, picked up and removed from our shop, we are not responsible for any errors or issues.
Refunds and Returns
- We take pride in our baked goods. If you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours. We'll do our best to resolve the issue.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer cash, check, or debit/credit card refunds.
- Refunds will only be issued as in-store credit for future use.
- Refunds will not be issued for any orders accepted and removed from the premises. No exceptions.
Prices
- Due to rising costs of quality ingredients, we may occasionally adjust our prices to ensure we continue to provide you with the highest quality baked goods. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Payment
- Order must be paid in full to secure your custom order.
Changes and Cancellations
- Any changes to the original order, such as size, flavor, or design, must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled pick-up date.
- Changes made after this deadline may not be possible and may result in additional fees.
- If you cancel your custom cake order more than two weeks before the scheduled pick-up date, you may be able to receive a partial refund in the form of a store credit.
- If you cancel your custom cake order less than two weeks before the date you were scheduled to pick it up, you will not receive a refund.

IMAGE RIGHTS AND USAGE
- We may photograph your custom-designed cake, wedding cake and or baked goods for our website, marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, and other marketing materials. We reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
WEDDING CAKE ORDERS
Booking and Cake Selections
- You can place your order at any time. the sooner your order the best we will accommodate you.
- All our wedding cakes are made with the finest ingredients and crafted with care. Choose from our delicious flavors: Black Forest, White Bavarian, Carrot Cake, German Chocolate, Truffle, and Gluten "Friendly" Vanilla Ganache.
- Each cake is composed of four (4) layers of moist cake and three (3) layers of rich filling, and are conveniently frozen to ensure optimal freshness and quality.
Design, Decoration and Customization
- We highly recommend our white chocolate shavings as it adds an extra dimension of flavor and looks lovier.
- Cakes without chocolate shavings will be considered custom designs and frosted with whipped cream instead of fondant.
- Due to the nature of whipped cream, we cannot guarantee an exact replication of designs shown in pictures you provide.
- Square or other non-round shapes may incur an additional 20% charge per tier.
- Custom colors are an additional 20% charge per tier.
- The pillars supporting the tiers are disposable. No need to return them.
- Gluten-friendly cakes have a 30% surcharge per tier due to the specialized ingredients and preparation required.
- We do not offer fresh flower arrangements. You may work with your florist to add fresh flowers to your cake for a unique touch as whipped cream flowers tend to change in color.
- We do not provide or apply wedding cake toppers.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Any changes to the original order, such as size, flavor, or design, must be made at least 2 weeks’ (14 days) before your wedding date or indicated pickup date.
- Wedding cake orders that are cancelled will result in the loss of your deposit or full payment and are not eligible for store credit.
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 33% of the total cost is required to secure your wedding cake order.
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks (14 days) before your wedding date or indicated pickup date.
Payment Methods
- We accept Checks, Cash, Venmo and Credit Card.
- A processing fee of 5% will be applied to all in-store credit card purchases.
Delivery
- A delivery fee of $45 or more may apply, depending on the distance.
- Tips for delivery drivers are appreciated.
