Custom Orders

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of placing any custom order. Fourteen (14) days prior to the delivery or pick-up date the final payment is due. If the final payment is not made by the delivery or pick-up date specified, the order will be canceled. Notification of at least fourteen (14) days or more prior to the delivery or pick-up date is required in order to receive a partial refund onto a partial store credit. Cancellations made with less than fourteen (14) days notice are subject to no refunds.
